Natural Shampoo for Oily Hair - No Poo
Share
If you have oily hair, it means that you are over producing sebum. Your scalp is imbalanced and it gets quickly oily. The commercial shampoo scrape off all the oil from your scalp and hair, but you actually need that oil to have a healthy scalp. The following recipe will help you clean the dirt off your scalp and hair without scraping off the oil. Give it a few weeks for your scalp to get back to a healthy PH balance.
Obviously, you will still have oily hair, but you should be able to extend the time between washes. The other thing that you need to do is to add a day between washes when you feel like it's possible. Your hair gets oily because it is used to you washing them every day or every other day. Change the habit and your hair won't produce as much sebum as quickly.

This natural alternative not only tackles oiliness but also nourishes the scalp with its mineral-rich composition, offering a gentle yet effective solution for maintaining clean, healthy hair without stripping away essential moisture.
