Does it really remove all makeup with just water?
Yes. It removes mascara, eyeliner, foundation, concealer, sunscreen, everything. The fibers grab makeup and oil without any product.
To remove the makeup easily, soak the mitt with warm water (not hot), leave it for a few second on your makeup and start rubbing in circular motions. Voilà!
Does it remove heavy foundation or waterproof makeup?
Yes it does! The Mitt removes all makeup. To remove your makeup more easily, fully soak the mitt with warm water. Wetter is better!
Leave the Mitt on the stubborn makeup for 5+ seconds, then begin to remove makeup with circular motions.
Will it make my skin break out?
No, actually the opposite.
Because there are no chemicals, fragrances, or harsh removers, it’s super gentle on acne-prone and sensitive skin or any type of skin really.

To be honest, at first I was pretty hesitant to try the nusoak mitt. But just after a couple of day using it, it really grew on me! The pack of mitts came in a nice reusable bag. The mits have a very soft, but resistant that will certainly last. Really a great acquisition for anyone who wants to go for a more eco-friendly solution. (And save some money$)

I have been using the mitts for 2 months and I highly recommend them.
The mitts are amazing. I purchased two packs of 3 mitts hence I do laundry once a week.
They are really soft on my skin and remove mascara and eye liner like a charm.
My skin used to be pretty clogged with daily oil cleansing, but the mitts resolved this issue.
They fit well into my minimalist bathroom, saving me some space, time, but also money as I avoid many trips to the health store.

I use this mitt for all my day to day shower needs to keep me clean but what’s really great is that the mitt packs super nice for backcountry camping. So I can keep clean while not needing soap and cut quite a bit of weight.

I have eczema and during the winter my skin is very reactive, but with the mitt it's less difficult to manage it. the material is so soft (you don't even understand). I use it on my face every morning and evening and I really have less redness than normal at this time of the year. I really recommend it if you have skin problems, it's magical. And since you don’t need soap or product, it’s even better for my eczema. You know how it’s difficult to find the right product for us !

How do I use the Mitt?
Here are 8 simple steps to use the Mitt:
1. Prior to first use, wash the Mitt in the washer/dryer (follow care instruction).
2. Fully soak your mitt with water.
3. Gently rub the Mitt against your skin to remove all impurities and makeup.
4. Once you are done cleaning your face, squeeze the Mitt to remove extra water
5. Hang the Mitt to dry
6. Second Use: Reverse the Mitt from inside-out: you can use it one more time
7. Redo step 2 to 5
8. Wash the mitt in the washer/dryer
Care Instruction
- Machine wash warm at maximum 40°C
- Do not bleach
- Do not use softner
- Tumble dry low heat
- Do not iron
Is the fabric sanitary?
The fabric of the mitt is antibacterial. Each fiber is so tiny that it is nearly impossible for bacteria to live and grow.
How long does a mitt last?
The Nüsoak Mitt can last up to 1000 machine washes if you take good care of it. Read the wash tag on the mitt carefully, follow the instructions and you will keep the cloth for many years!
How do I know it's time to replace my mitt?
Like any clothes, you will know your mitt has run its course. If the material wears down, it’s a good sign that you can replace it. You can give it a second life and use it as rag to clean the house, your dog’s ears, your car or any object.
