Does the Mitt clean the body properly?
Absolutely! Yes it does. The Nüsoak Mitt is made up of millions of tiny hair fibers, called microfiber, which pull out all the dirt inside the pores, oil on the skin and makeup for a deep clean.
Does water clean the body properly?
Absolutely! Water can effectively clean your body by removing dirt, oil, and other impurities from your skin. Here are the reasons why water is the best ingredient to clean your body:
1. Water is a natural solvent: This means that water can dissolve a wide range of substances, including dirt, sweat, and bacteria.
2. Water is a gentle cleanser: Unlike harsh soaps and other cleaning agents that can strip the skin of its natural oils, water is a gentle and non-irritating cleanser that can effectively clean the skin without causing damage or irritation.
3. Water is readily available: Water is an abundant and readily available resource that can be easily accessed for cleaning purposes. We can consider it free since you already use it for your shower.

Does the Mitt remove bad smell caused by sweat?
Yes! If you rub the Mitt in circular motion on the right area of your skin, the bad smell of the body will disappear.
Is the Mitt good for sensitive skin? Acne-prone skin? Oily skin? Combination skin? Dry skin?
Yes! The Cleansing Mitt is great for ALL types of skin since we do not use any irritating chemicals. It's ONLY WATER.

Will it cause wrinkles?
No, it will not. The fabric is ultra-soft and will be really gentle on your skin.
How do I know the Mitt will be good for my skin?
The Cleansing Mitt is great for ALL skin types because we use JUST WATER, the fabric is ultra-soft and the microfiber provides a deep cleaning of the skin. The Mitt will remove any impurities from your skin while keeping your natural skin barrier. It will help you get healthy pH-balanced skin.

How do I use the Mitt?
Here are 8 simple steps to use the Mitt:
1. Prior to first use, wash the Mitt in the washer/dryer (follow care instruction).
2. Once in the shower, fully soak your mitt with water.
3. Gently rub the Mitt against your skin to remove all
impurities. Consciously wipe every part of your body.
4. Once you are done cleaning your body, squeeze the Mitt to remove extra water
5. Hang the Mitt to dry
6. Second Shower: Reverse the Mitt from inside-out: you can use it one more time
7. Redo step 2 to 5
8. Wash the mitt in the washer/dryer
Care Instruction
- Machine wash warm at maximum 40°C
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low heat
- Do not iron
Is the fabric sanitary?
The fabric of the mitt is antibacterial. Each fiber is so tiny that it is nearly impossible for bacteria to live and grow.
How long does a mitt last?
The Nüsoak Mitt can last up to 1000 machine washes if you take good care of it. Read the wash tag on the mitt carefully, follow the instructions and you will keep the cloth for many years!
How do I know it's time to replace my mitt?
Like any clothes, you will know your mitt has run its course. If the material wears down, it’s a good sign that you can replace it. You can give it a second life and use it as rag to clean the house, your dog’s ears, your car or any object.
Does it remove waterproof/long-lasting makeup?
Yes it does! The Mitt removes all makeup. To remove your makeup more easily, fully soak the mitt with warm water. Wetter is better! Leave the Mitt on the stubborn makeup for 5+ seconds, then begin to remove makeup with circular motions.
Is there soap or product in the mitt?
There is no soap or added chemicals to the mitt! The mitt works because of the fabric made of microfibers that act like suction cups.
Can I use cleanser, tonic lotion, micellar water or any other products with the Mitt?
Yes you can, but it would defeat the purpose of the Mitt! If you choose to do so, make sure to fully rinse the product out of the Mitt after use.
Is it tested on animals?
Absolutely NOT! Nüsoak is a cruelty-free company. We do NOT test on animals since we love them too much.

How long will it take to get my product?
It will take about 3 to 7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship in Canada and United States at the moment with the exception of Hawaii, the islands and the Canadian territories.
If you live outside of Canada or the United States and you are interested in our product, please send us an email at nusoakco@gmail.com to let us know your interest with your country. We plan on shipping international in the future, but it will depend on the interest of our product around the globe.
Can I return my product?
Yes, we accept return, but only if the product has not been used.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please indicate your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send you further instructions.
Will shipping be covered for my return?
No. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
